Welcome to Villa da Lula, a house of brilliant minimal design,
a sustainable construction with elegant interiors. The natural materials, as well as their raw implementation, offer a unique sense of relaxation, calmness and a smooth connection to nature, on the green hills above Agios Nikitas.
It is very unlikely that you have ever experienced a lodging as embedded in nature as Villa da Lula.
THE GROUND FLOOR
The house can host 6 to 7 persons in the three bedrooms on the ground floor. Two master bedrooms, each one hosts two persons. The third bedroom can host three people in a twin and a single bed and it comes with a shared bathroom.
UPSTAIRS
Upstairs, a large comfortable sofa lies in the open kitchen living room area, from where the view to the Ionian blue is breathtaking.
THE SURROUNDINGS
Olive trees and old stones kept their places the multi-level exterior spaces order to be a part of a news story, a gorgeous long swimming pool, sun loungers, and parasols in the middle of the pine trees woods create a scenery to remember.

A UNIQUE STRUCTURE
Villa da Lula introduces a contemporary and sustainable construction which consists of many of the techniques and materials used in traditional architecture combining classic contours with innovative materials and finishes in an unconventional way.
The roof is made entirely of thick panels of Fiber Wood that will bring the indoor conditions to a naturally balanced level.
Terra cotta bricks offer an excellent thermo insulation that comforts the guests with its optimal thermal performance. The walls and the floor are made exclusively of Natural Hydraulic Lime which ensures the Indoor Air Quality.
The entire core of the dwelling is made of pure, hypo-allergic and eco friendly materials, with respect for the guests and the lowest impact to nature. Special guest: hemp. Everywhere!
All painting and coating materials are certified free from volatile organic compounds (VOCs Free), avoiding harmful chemicals commonly found in conventional constructions.
Stepping into the house, one is surrounded by smells of wood and earth! Cypress, Pine, Cedar and Larch timber spread the fragrance of nature and health doing miracles with the quality of sleep.
